Taking tablets but with no success

Problem is with my husband, in giving birth to a child. He is taking tablets, but still not achieved the result.

Doctor has instructed him to come after some time, but he is postponing it and taking tablets only. I am forcing him to meet doctor but he is not listening.

What will I do? I am longing for a child. He does not understand.

Please suggest remedies so that he should meet doctor and speed up the process to give birth to a child.
