Not getting leave for surgery

Prema

I got married before eight years. I am awaiting child birth.

Problem is with my husband. Doctors suggested one surgery for him. He is ready to do it. But not getting leave in office.

Please suggest remedies to get leave from office, and get successful in surgery and I get conceived.
