My husband is not showing interest to have a child

My husband had a surgery in leg during childhood and then also he had a surgery in leg due to accident. During marriage, they hide it from us. He is walking well, and earning good only.

Not showing much interest in marital issues. Child birth is getting delayed. He is diverting by watching television.

I am a working woman and not able to wait for long time, to sleep. After child birth this will not be an issue. I will not bother.

But, I am taking medicines. I want to divert his full attention towards me to get a child.

Doctor has assured that he is physically fit to give a child. But he is delaying.
Please suggest remedies.
