Had three abortions before

SSS

I have one daughter 6 years old and now I have been planning for second child as it’s a perfect age difference between 2 kids.

But my problem is I had three abortions before 2 years after my first child and I miscarried one last week.

I am so desperate to have a second kid and realized my mistakes now. Help me by giving Switch Word that can make my body capable of giving birth to healthy child.
