Unborn baby’s strangled

A friend of mine is 6 months pregnant. Sonography reveals cord around the baby’s neck.

Her first child also had the same problem. She had to go in for cesarean and the child, which is 2 yrs old now is very hyperactive and violent.

Please guide.
